This role leads the Digital Lab+ through a practical, sustainable transformation that strengthens organizational effectiveness, governance, capabilities, and ways of working. This role partners closely with the VP and senior leaders to translate strategy into disciplined execution, align stakeholders around complex trade-offs, and embed operating rhythms that improve clarity, accountability, and business impact. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, transformation, analytics, and leadership influence, this leader will navigate complex relationships, influence without direct authority, foster collaboration, and measure progress against outcomes that matter.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, organizational effectiveness, governance, or senior operations roles.
Experience designing governance models, operating rhythms, decision rights, accountability frameworks, engagement models, adoption measures, and continuous improvement routines.
Strong interpersonal skills that build trusted relationships, foster alignment, create clarity, and enable higher performance across a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, balancing long-term direction with near-term delivery.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA).
Experience leading large-scale transformation, governance, operating rhythms, organizational effectiveness, or strategy initiatives in complex matrixed environments.
Strong analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize ambiguity, identify patterns across functions, assess organizational effectiveness, and develop integrated, data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end activation and adoption of Digital Lab+ transformation priorities, translating strategic intent into actionable workplans, operating model design, governance routines, decision rights, accountability frameworks, engagement models, and scalable ways of working.
Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap that clarifies milestones, dependencies, risks, quick wins, resource trade-offs, and interventions required to accelerate adoption and value realization.
Lead change management, culture, and stakeholder engagement workstreams across Digital Lab+ to embed leadership behaviors, accountability, collaboration, decision-making practices, and operating rhythms.
Analyze organizational structures, team interfaces, workflow friction points, adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and course-correct execution.
Partner with Finance, HR, Therapeutic Businesses, Analytics & Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to connect patterns across functions, shape integrated solutions, and drive operational effectiveness and measurable business outcomes.
Facilitate executive and cross-functional forums that align leaders around complex trade-offs, prioritize the highest-value opportunities, convert decisions into clear next steps, and sustain momentum across workstreams.
Develop practical playbooks, toolkits, communications, and leadership enablement materials that help teams adopt new ways of working with clarity and confidence.
Identify future-state capabilities and skills required to support Digital Lab+’s evolution, strengthen organizational effectiveness, scale effective practices across teams, and embed continuous improvement into day-to-day operations.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders by synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations, executive-ready narratives, and decision materials that surface emerging risks, opportunities, and interventions.
Build informal influence networks and create mechanisms to monitor adoption, value realization, and organizational health, ensuring transformation efforts are sustained across boundaries and beyond launch.
