ICON is a construction technology company developing robotics, intelligent software systems, and advanced materials that are changing the way the world builds on Earth and beyond. Since 2017 the company has raised more than $550 million, commercially launched its Titan robotic construction platform in March 2026, and surpassed $360 million in government contracts across the U.S. Army, Air Force, DARPA, and NASA. That growth is scaling ICON's headcount and widening the range of work it does, from robotics and hardware engineering to software, skilled construction trades, corporate functions, and cleared government programs, each with distinct pay and benefits demands. ICON is building its Total Rewards function from the ground up and is hiring a Director, Total Rewards to own compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy end to end and to build and lead the team that runs it. Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, this role directs the function through a growing team, sets its strategy and policy, and partners with senior leadership on the decisions that determine how ICON pays and cares for its people. On systems and data, you partner with the Workday Analyst, defining requirements and process without owning hands-on implementation. You will work alongside Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and division leaders to keep pay equitable, compliant, and financially sustainable across every job family and every state in which ICON operates, and you will stand up the pay structures, benefits programs, analytics, and policies a rapidly scaling company needs. As ICON grows, you own the total rewards infrastructure and the team behind it.
