Functions as a key member of the HR leadership team with all responsibility for the Compensation and Benefits functions for the US and Canada for union and non-union employee populations. Leads and manages the ongoing administration and development of new compensation and benefits programs, ensuring dependencies and integration with current and future HRIS and Payroll systems. Collaborates with peers, Regional and Global leadership to understand business and strategic objectives in order to identify corresponding HR staffing needs, projects and programs to support achievement
