We are assisting our client, Awayday, in their search for their Director/Senior Manager of Total Rewards. Awayday is a private-equity-backed, multi-brand operating platform partnering with founder-led hospitality and vacation rental businesses across the U.S. We operate in 12+ states, with 50+ brands and 1,500+ employees, and we're just getting started. Their growth engine is built on M&A, operational excellence, and one core belief: talent is a value-creation lever, not a support function. They're building the Total Rewards infrastructure to match their ambitions and need the right leader to build it. As the Director/Senior Manager of Total Rewards, you'll report directly to the VP of Talent and partner with the executive team and PE sponsors to design the compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract and retain the leaders who drive our business forward. This is a foundational, high-visibility role, not a keep-the-lights-on seat. You'll own strategy AND execution.
