About The Position

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. The Director, Theranostics Adoption & Enablement will lead the national Theranostics Specialist team and be responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing a high-performing field-based technical application support function within the commercial organization. This leader will oversee the strategy, execution, training, compliance, and performance of the Theranostics Specialist team, ensuring consistent customer support, efficient site onboarding, optimized imaging workflows, and successful adoption of Telix radiopharmaceutical products. The role requires deep nuclear medicine expertise, strong commercial acumen, people leadership capability, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Training, Strategic Accounts, Operations, and Compliance. The Director will ensure the team supports commercial priorities through compliant education, site readiness, launch execution, workflow optimization, customer engagement, and field insight generation while maintaining strict alignment with company policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and ethical standards. The direct-report role includes support for site onboarding, protocol standardization, scanner settings, workflow efficiency, HCP education, competitive intelligence, and compliance, which this Director role will now lead and scale nationally.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in nuclear medicine technology, radiologic sciences, life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline preferred.
Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, NMTCB, or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ARRT, strongly preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in nuclear medicine, PET/CT imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, oncology imaging, commercial field support, applications training, or related healthcare field.
5+ years of people leadership, field team leadership, national training leadership, or cross-functional project leadership preferred.
Experience with advanced oncologic PET/CT imaging, scanner optimization, protocol development, and imaging workflow support.
Radiopharmaceutical experience required; prostate cancer imaging experience preferred.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, field commercial operations, HCP engagement standards, and compliant customer education.
Experience building processes, training frameworks, field tools, launch support models, or national standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage the national team of Theranostics Specialists, ensuring clear expectations, consistent execution, and measurable business impact.
Establish the strategic vision, operating model, priorities, and field engagement standards for the Theranostics Specialist function.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, excellence, compliance, and continuous learning across the team.
Coach team members on technical expertise, customer engagement, field execution, cross-functional collaboration, and professional development.
Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and business review processes to assess team impact, site support, launch readiness, and customer adoption.
Partner closely with Area Vice Presidents, Territory Account Managers, Strategic Accounts, and Commercial Leadership to align TAS resources to priority accounts, launch needs, and business objectives.
Ensure TAS field activities are aligned with commercial strategy, product launch priorities, customer needs, and patient access goals.
Lead consistent national execution of site activation, site optimization, customer education, and workflow support initiatives.
Support quarterly business reviews by providing insights related to site readiness, adoption barriers, utilization opportunities, workflow gaps, and field execution needs.
Ensure the TAS team is appropriately prioritized across territories and areas to support high-impact customer opportunities.
Oversee the strategic onboarding of new imaging sites to support effective integration of Telix radiopharmaceuticals into commercial workflows.
Lead development and implementation of best practices for imaging site optimization, including protocol standardization, scanner settings, workflow efficiency, and image quality support.
Ensure consistent execution of site readiness processes, customer training, and post-implementation support.
Identify barriers to adoption and partner with internal stakeholders to create solutions that improve customer experience and product utilization.
Drive scalable tools, resources, and repeatable processes to improve the effectiveness and consistency of site support nationally.
Develop and maintain a structured national training framework for the TAS team, including onboarding, certification readiness, product knowledge, disease-state education, workflow support, and compliant customer engagement.
Partner with Training, Marketing, Medical, and Compliance to ensure all internal and external educational materials are accurate, approved, and aligned to company standards.
Ensure TAS team members can effectively communicate product information, workflow considerations, and technical application support in a clear, compliant, and customer-appropriate manner.
Support internal education for Sales and Commercial teams to enhance understanding of imaging workflows, customer needs, and operational considerations.
Serve as the primary commercial leader for the TAS function and act as a liaison across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Strategic Accounts, Market Access, Operations, and Compliance.
Partner with Medical and Compliance to clearly define appropriate TAS involvement in customer support activities, educational initiatives, site workflows, and other cross-functional projects.
Lead cross-functional projects that improve launch execution, site readiness, customer experience, and commercial performance.
Ensure appropriate role clarity for TAS team members, particularly regarding commercial versus medical responsibilities, research-related activities, and compliant field engagement.
Establish a consistent process for gathering, synthesizing, and communicating field insights, customer feedback, workflow challenges, and competitive intelligence.
Provide commercial leadership with actionable insights that may inform strategy, training, messaging, launch planning, and resource allocation.
Represent the TAS function at internal meetings, business reviews, launch planning sessions, and selected external conferences or customer engagements.
Ensure all TAS activities are conducted in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, corporate policies, approved materials, and ethical guidelines.
Proactively identify and address gaps in process, training, documentation, or field execution.
Reinforce a culture where compliant execution, ethical behavior, and patient-focused decision making are non-negotiable.
