About The Position

The Director, Technical Product Delivery oversees the end-to-end product delivery process in a technology environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical product delivery lifecycle to support timely, successful product releases.
Monitor and track project milestones to ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
Drive product initiatives and ensure quality standards are met.
Lead and mentor teammates across engineering, product, business analysis, quality assurance, and project functions.
Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables, timelines, and scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with customer needs and business goals.
Evaluate and improve product delivery processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the team follows product development and deployment methodologies.
Identify and resolve roadblocks or risks that may affect delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
