  • Hands-on experience in identifying and resolving significant technical issues that impact valuation and in closing technical conditions precedent across engineering, finance, and legal domains.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership position, managing technical staff and external consultants while shaping diligence strategy across concurrent deals.
  • Strong grasp of technical design and performance across wind, solar, and storage, plus the ability to review design packages and independent energy assessments.
  • Able to negotiate findings with third-party reviewers and lenders' engineers under transaction deadlines.
  • Proven ability to direct teams and establish repeatable processes and templates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence and the ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Charlottesville, VA, with travel to project sites, factories, and counterparties as necessary.
