As our Director, Talent & Learning, you will shape the future of our workforce by building and defining the strategies, frameworks, and leadership capabilities that enable our people and our business to thrive. Reporting into the Sr. Director, HR Technology and Talent, you'll lead the execution of our enterprise talent and learning strategy, ensuring employees at every stage of their career have meaningful opportunities to develop, grow, and succeed. This is a highly strategic leadership role that combines talent management, organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, internal mobility, and learning strategy. You'll partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Centres of Excellence to create scalable, data-driven talent programs that strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate capability building, improve retention of critical talent, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
