Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with direct experience leading all aspects of a Talent Acquisition function, including demonstrated success in building inclusive and high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Direct experience leading executive level searches (VP+), with exposure to C-suite leaders, highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in talent acquisition.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for specialized roles in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing US based recruiting team (~10), in line with our FBIN Blueprint and behaviors.
  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to ensure alignment with business goals and recruiting requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent at all levels across all functional areas.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans
  • Directly support searches for our executive talent.
  • Bring expertise and insights into recruiting for supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing roles to strengthen our capabilities in these critical areas.
  • Monitor and optimize recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience), leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and internal policies.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners to understand talent needs and forecast recruiting requirements to support business growth and success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence, while championing employer branding to enhance visibility and attract top-tier candidates.

  • A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $140,000 USD - $220,000 USD.
