That’s where you come in! We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Director to join our team! This position is the crucial link between the TA strategy and practical application. They will build talent acquisition at Hasbro, mentor colleagues, and lead ongoing improvements and innovative approaches in TA initiatives and recruitment processes. This role acts as a connection between the on-the-ground efforts carried out by recruiters and HR staff and senior executives. It also requires staying actively involved in daily recruitment activities. At the heart of the role lies the art of influential leadership & communication. In an environment where strategic decisions depend on the accurate and timely flow of information, we ignite the ability to connect effectively with senior partners. This includes guiding our recruiting team on hiring priorities and improving processes on a global scale. It's an “art” that requires not just clarity and precision, but also empathy and a profound understanding of the job role. This is a hybrid role and requires working onsite 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our Renton, WA office. A day in the life of a Director Talent Acquisition: Leadership Lead & Encourage: Mentor and guide a high-performing recruiting team, driving excellence in sourcing, interviewing, collaborator engagement, and conflict resolution. Establish clear performance metrics to elevate talent acquisition outcomes, candidate experience, and hiring manager happiness. Strategic Advisor: Collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs, and the executive team to build workforce planning, succession strategies, and transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Global Process Leadership: Ensure consistency and compliance across regions by harmonizing onboarding workflows and dual-language requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Legal, Compensation, and Finance to build coordinated talent strategies that support business priorities. Strategic Impact Future-Proofing Talent: Position TA as a proactive, data-driven function that anticipates business needs and delivers high-impact talent solutions. Capacity Planning & Efficiency Have real-time access to to-be-hired positions and planning of bandwidth. This enables proactive mentoring and capacity planning for optimization. Technology Enablement: Drive adoption of platforms like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and TA Dashboard to improve recruiter efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
