Here's what you can expect as a Talent Acquisition Director at DaVita: Lead an exceptional team of talent acquisition professionals who are filling critical field positions; patient care technicians, registered nurses, clinical leadership Partner with field operational leaders (Directors and VPs) to align on talent acquisition strategies and outcomes to ensure talent acquisition team is meeting business needs to support patient care This position is instrumental in building the department in concert with senior leadership, centers of excellence, and broader People Services teams (i.e. Human Resources, Compensation, etc.). Our most successful talent acquisition leaders have the business acumen, process and performance management skills and the managerial courage to drive exceptional metrics that deliver value to both our hiring partners and ultimately reflect in the lives of our patients. Work remotely driving strategic initiatives for executing ~3000 hires per year
