This role leads operational excellence, enterprise recruiting process enablement, global scale, and strategic stakeholder partnership to empower Marriott’s global talent acquisition teams. The Director, Talent Acquisition Support Services & Enablement, will own the global strategy, governance, and continuous optimization of TA operations, processes, and workflow enablement to maximize recruiter productivity, accelerate hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, strategic TA operations leader with deep expertise in HR technology, large-scale process transformation, global operations, and cross-functional program leadership. This role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders, set global standards, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of operational excellence practices.
