Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 2 years of healthcare leadership experience for those meeting degree requirements.
- In lieu of degree, 7 years of leadership experience in an applicable healthcare setting.
- Exceptional oral, written and communication skills required.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, production, and service standards.
- Team-building, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
