This role is responsible for managing and developing staff, establishing strategic plans for program, product, and material needs, and negotiating internally and externally. The position focuses on ensuring the supply of Sevenfact to LFB’s US commercial partner (USWM/HEMA Biologics) for the US market, coordinating US supply activities with LFB Group Supply Chain, and supporting supply for other products as requested. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external parties, communicating supply forecasts, and serving as the primary interface with USWM and HEMA Biologics on commercial drug/product and supply chain matters. It also includes managing the electronic system for Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) compliance, establishing multi-year commercial product projections, aligning SC budget projections, and overseeing internal and external reporting. The role also encompasses logistics, materials control, compliance, supply, program management, and capacity planning. This includes developing and managing procedures for material procurement, receipt, storage, and inventory management, ensuring cGMP, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance, and managing the annual budget and forecast updates. The position also involves preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, designing and implementing training programs, and serving as a logistics representative on project teams. Responsibilities include negotiating shipping arrangements and overseeing shipping documentation. Materials control involves implementing and executing a program to ensure materials meet quality requirements and are available on time, owning the materials system for compliance with health authorities, and coordinating the delivery of consumable materials. Compliance includes chairing the Raw Materials Review Board, executing vendor/distributor/material qualification processes, ensuring timely review of raw material exceptions, and owning raw material tracking and reporting. Supply involves generating raw material purchase plans and coordinating raw material availability. Program management includes managing assigned projects like contractor transfers and system implementations. Capacity planning involves compiling long-range requirements, generating supply requirements and manufacturing schedules, and evaluating available capacities.
