About The Position

This role involves working with Supply Chain Customer Delivery business owners to establish and drive the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Delivery and Customer Order Management. The Director will own portfolio prioritization and sequencing across run, grow, and transform initiatives to ensure alignment to business outcomes and value delivery. They will partner with senior Supply Chain leaders to support transportation, warehousing, and customer fulfillment operations, ensuring systems are stable, scalable, and aligned to business needs. Key responsibilities include overseeing portfolio health, driving digital transformation initiatives (AI, data, automation), influencing technology strategy, managing tool and vendor strategy, overseeing financial performance, providing visibility into portfolio performance, and leading a high-performing team while fostering collaboration between IT and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading people, process, and technology
  • Proven experience leading supply chain technology or enterprise application portfolios
  • Strong experience supporting transportation, warehousing, logistics, customer delivery, or order management systems
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder (JDA), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), WMS, OMS, or similar technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to own roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of business value
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decisions in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience managing financial aspects of a portfolio, including OPEX and CAPEX
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery models

Responsibilities

  • Oversee portfolio health, including system performance, reliability, technical debt, and application lifecycle management
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI, data, and automation capabilities across the portfolio
  • Influence technology strategy and product management to enable capabilities that improve service levels, operational performance, and delivery execution
  • Oversee tool and vendor strategy, including selection, relationships, and contract management
  • Manage financial performance of the portfolio, including OPEX, CAPEX, and total cost of ownership
  • Provide clear visibility into portfolio performance, including operational, financial, and transformational outcomes
  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team, while driving strong collaboration between IT and Supply Chain stakeholders
