About The Position

Administers and evaluates business and administrative matters within one department, including budget, operations, and programs and personnel administration. Oversees technical operations and system administration for supply chain, including service level expectations. Ensures technology is leveraged effectively to achieve organizational goals. Creates technical strategy and long-term plans for supply chain systems and tools, including the use of AI. Provides technical guidance and support to partners, functions, and teams to solve technical issues. Drives process improvements and innovation through the use of technology to improve capabilities. Creates a technology roadmap to drive efficiency and optimize supply chain performance. Develops effective technical solutions to solve supply chain issues and enable visibility across the supply chain. Fosters collaboration across partners and team members. Troubleshoots, analyzes, and identifies issues to ensure the technical soundness of the system. Sets priorities and manages the day-to-day operations of technical solutions. Sets guidelines for system use, develops system controls, and establishes audit guidelines. Develops team capabilities to support modernizing supply chain technology and capabilities. Leads identification and mitigation of system risks. Leads system testing and development of interfaces with other systems. Supports audits as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• Deep technical proficiency of supply chain and related financial technologies, processes and best practices.
• Strong ability to create technology plan including ability to mitigate risk in initiatives.
• Ability to motivate a team and deliver through others.
• Strong ability to align technical requirements with business objectives.
• Expert level problem solving to address complex technical challenges and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced or evolving environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align technical goals across departments.
• Strong operational skills to manage day to day technical services.
• Deep knowledge of compliance and standards, policies and security practices
• Employee must possess a valid US Driver’s license of the appropriate class and required endorsements throughout employment.

• ERP and financial system implementation experience.

• Experience with supply chain planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience with setting a technical strategy, including AI and expanding use of technology.
