About The Position

The Director, Supply Chain (Plant Operations) leads DrinkPAK's plant-embedded supply chain function, overseeing a team of on-site analysts across the network and ensuring the corporate supply chain team operates as an excellent shared service partner to each plant. This role is responsible for building and sustaining the systems, standards, and team capabilities that enable real-time supply chain support, operational continuity, and cross-plant consistency. The Director partners closely with plant leadership, corporate supply chain, and functional peers to drive performance, resolve escalated issues, and advance the maturity of plant-level supply chain operations at scale.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems required.
  • Strong working knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory methodologies, warehouse compliance practices, and supply chain auditing.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs, drive process standardization, and build team capability across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating at both the plant floor and executive level.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements in complex, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee plant-level compliance with inventory management practices, including FEFO/FIFO execution, material rotation, and storage standards, through structured audit and review cadences.
  • Own the plant supply chain KPI framework — defining metrics, setting targets, and holding the team accountable for performance across material availability, OTIF, inventory accuracy, and days-on-hand.
  • Partner with the SVP, Supply Chain and plant General Managers to align supply chain priorities with plant operational goals and broader business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the plant supply chain function, identifying systemic gaps and leading initiatives that improve service levels, reduce waste, and strengthen operational discipline.
