About The Position

Tenstorrent is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to build and lead the operating infrastructure necessary to bring products to market, scale them globally, and support them throughout their lifecycle. This role is part of the Supply Chain organization and reports to the Sr. Director, Operations & Strategic Partnerships. The position offers significant exposure to CEO-level decisions and requires demonstrated leadership experience. This is a 'builder' role focused on establishing clear ownership, creating scalable processes, developing a team, and implementing operating mechanisms for a rapidly growing hardware business. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous environments, create structure, drive decisions, and take end-to-end ownership. The role is hybrid and can be based in Toronto, ON; Austin, TX; or Santa Clara, CA. Tenstorrent welcomes candidates at various experience levels, with the final level determined during the interview process.

  • Cross-functional leader capable of aligning senior stakeholders, establishing decision rights, and driving accountability.
  • Data-driven and analytically rigorous decision-maker who can make sound judgments with incomplete information and maintain urgency through execution.
  • People leader who develops strong teams, builds subject matter expertise, and creates a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, which may be contingent upon citizenship/permanent residency status or obtaining prior license approval.

  • Build and own the end-to-end global RMA and customer operations model within Supply Chain, covering intake, triage, replacement, repair, warranty management, disposition, customer communication, service levels, escalation paths, and performance metrics.
  • Establish the processes, systems, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and operating mechanisms required to scale the supply chain organization.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, test labs, regulatory bodies, and customer teams, establishing clear decision rights and driving shared decisions.
