Within CO+I, the Global Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing Microsoft Cloud for our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Washington DC, or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • Certification in Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Leads teams in applying data tools and analytics to monitor program performance and drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements across functions.
  • Guides resolution of complex issues identified through data analysis and ensures timely escalation when needed.
  • Oversees the development of reports and metrics to communicate key trends, insights, and performance drivers to stakeholders.

  • Leads teams in identifying operational risks across programs or business functions and guides the development and implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Oversees documentation of risk scenarios and response protocols to support organizational readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Leads teams coordinating across internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of complex programs and resolution of cross-functional or high-impact issues.
  • Drives strategic collaboration and facilitates ongoing communication forums to maintain alignment and accelerate program outcomes.
  • Leads teams in managing supplier performance and compliance across multiple suppliers or categories, ensuring alignment with business standards and objectives.
  • Oversees resolution of supplier issues and guides improvement planning efforts in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Reviews supplier KPIs and ensures corrective actions are implemented to drive sustained performance improvements.
  • Leads teams in executing integrated supply chain activities across planning, sourcing, logistics, and operational functions to optimize cost, service, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drives adoption of advanced tools and analytics to improve short and long term outcomes and ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Leads teams in ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards through planning and reporting activities across multiple programs or business areas.
  • Oversees submission and review of required documentation during checkpoints to support functional compliance goals and risk mitigation.
