The Superconducting Technology Architect is a Director-level technical leadership role within the GF Labs Technology Architecture organization. This role defines and advances foundry platforms for superconducting qubits, Josephson-junction digital logic, cryogenic control and readout, and related integration. The position requires deep technical expertise, platform leadership, and the ability to translate emerging system requirements into scalable, manufacturable technologies. Job Summary The Superconducting Technology Architect leads the definition, development, and delivery of superconducting quantum and digital technologies and associated customer programs. The position integrates device, process, design, test, packaging, foundry operations, and program execution; guides internal and external R&D; and serves as a senior technical and customer-facing authority for GF leadership and partners.
