About The Position

The Director, Strategic Pricing Management will shape US pricing strategies for pipeline and in-line products across Alexion’s rare disease portfolio. Based in Boston Seaport, you will report to the Executive Director, US Strategic Contracting & Pricing and serve as a senior advisor on pricing decisions that balance patient access, payer value, sustainable revenue, and long-term business performance. In this role, you will partner with global and US teams to support new launches, address complex pricing challenges, and bring clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders. Alexion’s robust rare disease pipeline, global reach, and evolving launch priorities create a meaningful opportunity to shape pricing strategy at a critical time. The US pricing environment is also changing quickly, with Most-Favored-Nation policy activity and broader pricing reforms increasing pressure on launch assumptions, payer value, access strategy, and long-term revenue planning. This leader will help translate that external complexity into practical, evidence-based pricing recommendations for the future.
