  • Ideally 3+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking.
  • Followed by 3+ years in Strategy & Operations at a high-growth, venture-backed company or a founding role.
  • Genuinely AI-native: at the cutting edge of AI experimentation, using AI to enable new possibilities, make sharper decisions, and improve quality.
  • Possesses a clear point of view on AI's impact (step change vs. incremental) and leads by demonstrating its potential.
  • True operator mindset with ownership of outcomes and a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Proven track record of delivering results directly, with experience owning and driving initiatives end-to-end in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems at a granular level and strategize about broader implications and next steps.
  • Structured thinking to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable frameworks.
  • Rapid learner with the ability to quickly understand new concepts, channels, and product nuances.
  • Exceptional communicator capable of discussing C-level strategy and operational details, crafting clear narratives for both written materials and executive forums.
  • Sharp decision-making skills with a bias for action and speed, thriving in high-velocity environments.
  • Comfortable operating without perfect information.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across an expanding portfolio of products (term life, IUL, estate planning), the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, cross-sell), and multiple channels (organic and performance engines, paid social, TV, partnerships, referrals).
  • Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion, owning some directly and enabling others.
  • Rigorously assess new opportunities by building business cases, modeling unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin), and making data-driven go/no-go recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the interplay between products, channels, and teams to guide cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, engineering) towards optimal goals and priorities.
  • Own quarterly OKR planning and goal-setting processes to ensure alignment on high-ROI opportunities and efficient execution.
  • Lead critical cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to achieve business growth.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to reimagine functional operations, identifying opportunities for AI to drive step changes in decisions, output quality, and overall achievement, and demonstrating possibilities through leadership.
