About The Position

As a Director of Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in delivering Government proposals and contracting performance in support of the Subcontracts Government Sourcing Team in GCOE. This role will ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulatory requirements to maintain a compliant operating environment while integrating with peer organizations. You will drive speed, maintain schedule, enable cost certainty, and achieve cost avoidance. As a people leader, this position will play a critical role in building, and maintaining a strong team through development, coaching, and mentorship to help the team perform at their best and drive change. As a key leader, the position will continuously work to develop successors, drive retention and engagement, and foster an inclusive culture. In this role, you will also have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings. You will be accountable for developing and executing annual and strategic sourcing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also work closely with others at Honeywell Aerospace including transitions, sourcing, procurement, and other functional groups at Honeywell Aerospace to ensure operational success.

Requirements

• Experience in Government proposals and contracting performance.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
