About The Position

The Senior Product Manager for G2 Risk Solutions (G2RS) Bankruptcy Risk Solutions (BRS) will lead the execution of G2RS’ BRS strategy and roadmap of the product portfolio across the Americas. This role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing customer and market needs, and delivering innovative solutions that drive adoption, performance, and growth. As a key product leader, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Operations to translate business requirements into actionable features and experiences. You’ll partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure the BRS products remain best in market for bankruptcy prediction, monitoring, and risk management. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is comfortable owning a complex product suite end‑to‑end. You will apply strong analytical skills to evaluate performance, assess market trends, and inform prioritization. You’ll also manage product development workflows, write clear user stories, and keep initiatives aligned across cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within risk, data, financial services, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex data‑driven or analytical products, from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy risk, credit risk, fraud, or related financial risk domains (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day product work (e.g., Copilot, generative AI assistants) and experience collaborating with Data Science to translate business problems into practical, ethical AI‑enabled product solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and GTM teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for modeling, KPI analysis, and trend evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build strong relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, computer science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of product strategy and roadmap for Bankruptcy Risk Solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals, market needs, and customer feedback.
  • Apply AI-first thinking both in product development and daily workflows, incorporating responsible AI capabilities into the BRS roadmap while using AI tools to accelerate research, requirements development, customer insights synthesis, and execution.
  • Define and prioritize features, writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering and Data Science partners.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities, validate product direction, and drive continuous innovation within the BRS portfolio.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Delivery, and Operations to gather insights, support go‑to‑market efforts and ensure product readiness for launch.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to guide development, ensure delivery milestones are met, and remove roadblocks throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance, using analytical methods to evaluate KPIs, customer outcomes, and risk model effectiveness.
  • Leverage Jira to manage product backlogs, track development progress, and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
  • Engage directly with key customers to understand use cases, gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Champion a data‑driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and product decisions.
  • Support commercialization by partnering with marketing and sales to create product messaging, collateral, training, and onboarding materials.
