About The Position

EndeavorB2B is seeking an accomplished and highly strategic Director of Strategic Accounts to drive significant revenue growth and forge enduring partnerships with our most strategic enterprise clients. This senior-level role demands a proven leader with deep expertise in digital marketing technology, exceptional sales acumen, and a profound understanding of complex business challenges. You will be responsible for navigating intricate organizational structures, building consensus among diverse stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions that align with the overarching strategic goals of Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level sales, strategic account management, or business development within the digital marketing, ad technology, or SaaS industries, with a strong focus on large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas and successfully managing long, complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 or equivalent clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior individual contributor role that required strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated proficiency through relevant work experience required
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently as required to meet client needs and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an expert-level understanding of all EndeavorB2B's product lines, from market research and strategic marketing planning through execution across all digital marketing channels, articulating their strategic value and application for complex enterprise environments.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of advanced targeting capabilities and sophisticated data segmentation strategies to create highly effective digital advertising solutions.
  • Exhibit expertise in complex attribution models, guiding clients on measuring the true impact of their digital investments across touchpoints.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and vendor landscape, advising clients on optimal integrations and strategic positioning.
  • Proficiently interpret advanced analytics, business intelligence dashboards, and custom reports to derive actionable insights, identify opportunities, and prove ROI at an enterprise scale.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of evolving privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their profound impact on digital advertising, ensuring compliance and strategic counsel.
  • Champion best practices in brand safety and fraud prevention within digital advertising frameworks for large organizations.
  • Articulate and discuss the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in ad optimization, presenting innovative solutions to clients.
  • Command exceptional executive presence and gravitas, comfortably presenting to C-suite executives and navigating high-level discussions within large corporations.
  • Master strategic account mapping and multi-level stakeholder management, building deep relationships across marketing, sales, IT, legal, and finance departments within client organizations.
  • Apply advanced negotiation skills to structure and close complex terms, long-term contracts, and multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Expertly lead consensus-building efforts among diverse internal client teams to align on strategic objectives and secure buy-in.
  • Demonstrate mastery in managing long sales cycles, characterized by patience, persistence, systematic follow-up, and strategic progression.
  • Utilize polished and highly professional communication (verbal and written) in multi-cultural contexts to deliver data-driven and strategically compelling messages to senior executives.
  • Possess the ability to tell a compelling story rooted in data and strategic insights that resonates with the unique challenges and opportunities of enterprise clients.
  • Exhibit comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to navigate highly complex organizational structures and decision-making processes.
  • Operate with a highly collaborative approach, capable of effectively leading and mobilizing internal Endeavor teams (e.g., solutions engineering, legal, product) to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Develop a deep and nuanced understanding of each client's industry, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and broader strategic imperatives.
  • Apply strong financial acumen, confidently discussing P&L impact, shareholder value creation, and market share implications with business leaders.
  • Lead the development of complex business cases and robust ROI models to justify significant investments in EndeavorB2B's solutions.
  • Maintain a laser focus on digital transformation, effectively articulating how EndeavorB2B's digital advertising solutions contribute to overarching business goals and long-term success.
  • Cultivate a true strategic partnership mentality, acting as a trusted advisor to clients rather than just a vendor.
  • Navigate corporate procurement processes and complex legal frameworks with expertise and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and articulate opportunities for enterprise-level growth, innovation, and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Effectively manage risk in proposal development and project delivery for high-value engagements.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic Enterprise features) for comprehensive complex pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Possess the ability to develop highly customized, detailed, and data-rich proposals and presentations that meet enterprise standards of professionalism and depth.
  • Be highly familiar with collaboration tools for large distributed teams (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of API integrations and data flow complexities between client systems (e.g., DMPs, CRMs, CDPs) and ad platforms.
  • Possess the ability to interpret and engage in meaningful discussions about technical specifications with client's IT and development teams.
