The Director, State Government Affairs is responsible for developing and executing state government affairs strategies for an assigned region of the United States in alignment with Lundbeck’s strategy and the priorities of the State Government Affairs function. The role builds and maintains strategic relationships with Governor’s offices, state legislators, regulators, health agency officials, trade associations, and other external stakeholders to advance Lundbeck’s policy priorities, support patient access to therapies, and foster a favorable business and reimbursement environment. Reporting to the Senior Director, State Government Affairs, the Director serves as a key advisor on state legislative, regulatory, and political developments within the assigned region and works cross-functionally to assess business implications, recommend strategies, and coordinate advocacy efforts.
