CFA Institute is seeking a Director, Standards and Metadata to lead the evolution of content standards and metadata strategies that power publishing, learning, and digital experiences across our global ecosystem. The Director, Standards and Metadata is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving enterprise content standards and metadata frameworks that enable scalable, interoperable, and high-quality content across CFA Institute’s global ecosystem. This role establishes best practices and new approaches for structured content, taxonomy, metadata, and semantic enrichment to support publishing, learning, discovery, and AI-driven use cases. The Director, Standards and Metadata integrates cross-functional perspectives across Publishing Technology, Content Authoring, Education, Product, and AI Enablement to solve complex, systemic challenges related to content structure, reuse, and discoverability. This role ensures that standards and metadata practices align with enterprise objectives, external industry standards, and emerging technologies.
