About The Position

The Director of Staff Engagement for the Rochester Practice is a strategic leader dedicated to shaping a workplace where employees feel valued, empowered and inspired to achieve their best in service to our patients. This role serves as a pivotal partner to Practice leadership, championing initiatives that cultivate workforce engagement, promote holistic well-being, and strengthen leadership capabilities at all levels. The Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive organizational excellence, foster collaboration, and create engagement across the campus. In this capacity, the Director actively collaborates with key stakeholders to identify emerging workforce trends, design and implement innovative programs, and ensure alignment with the organization's core values and strategic objectives. Leveraging advanced workforce analytics, the Director informs decision making and measures the impact of culture initiatives, continuously refining approaches to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
