  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage competing priorities well in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Active, hands-on experience with AI development tools, along with the technical depth to evaluate architectural integrity of AI-generated output and make informed decisions about it.
  • Experience assessing engineering candidates on prompt formulation, evaluating AI outputs, and orchestrating multi-agent workflows, in addition to core technical skills.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a long-term roadmap for backend services, focused on high availability, low latency, and massive scalability.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and architecture councils so your team's work integrates seamlessly with the broader engineering organization.
