About The Position

G-P is seeking a dynamic and strategic commercial product leader as Director / Sr. Director, Head of Integrations to drive the vision, execution, and commercial impact of our partner and integration capabilities. As a key leader in the Product organization, this role will own the overall Strategic Integrations strategy and execution with work spanning packaged, white-label, AI-native, and custom integration solutions. The Sr. Director, Head of Integrations will partner with strategic HR tech vendors, enterprise customers, product leaders, and go-to-market teams to maximize the business value generated through our integrations ecosystem, drive adoption and revenue, and align joint roadmaps with key platform partners. This is a high-visibility, market-facing role requiring a commercial product leader with deep HR tech domain expertise and strong executive-level presentation and management skills who can articulate the strategic and commercial value of integrations to C-suite partners and customers.

Requirements

Product-Led Business Leadership: Proven track record as a commercial product leader driving strategic integrations, platform adoption, and multi-channel partner growth in SaaS.
Partner Product Experience: Demonstrated experience building and scaling products for reseller, white-label, embedded, marketplace, platform, or ecosystem distribution models.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how partner and platform product investments drive revenue, adoption, expansion, retention, and broader business performance.
Partner Success Orientation: Experience driving not only product launch, but also partner activation, adoption, operational success, and ongoing product uptake.
Strategic Partner Leadership: Proven ability to work directly with large enterprise technology partners, manage joint product roadmaps, navigate dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders.
Platform Thinking: Strong ability to translate individual partner needs into reusable platform capabilities and scalable product patterns.
Integration Architecture & iPaaS Expertise: Deep expertise in driving strategic business value through modern iPaaS platforms, enterprise APIs, and scalable data integration architectures across packaged, white-label, and custom deployment models.
AI-Driven Product Innovation: Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI-driven product features to optimize enterprise integrations, white-label solutions, and partner platform capabilities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Revenue, Operations, Support, and Marketing around shared partner and commercial outcomes.
Strategic Thinker & Hands-On Executor: Ability to operate at a strategic portfolio level while maintaining strong execution discipline.
Deep HR Tech Domain Expertise: Extensive experience and deep understanding of HCM, HRIS, payroll, global employment, contractor management, and enterprise workforce software ecosystems.
Executive Presentation & Presence: Exceptional executive-level presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to inspire confidence among executive leadership, strategic partners, and enterprise customers.
10+ years in product management, enterprise integration strategy, or partner product leadership in high-growth SaaS environments.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and complex B2B integrations.
Experience with reseller, white-label, embedded, platform, or strategic partner product models.
Must-have hands-on experience building packaged, white-label, and custom integration solutions for enterprise clients.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams and external technical stakeholders to define and deliver integration and platform capabilities.
Experience driving measurable adoption and commercial outcomes through partner ecosystems.
Domain expertise in HR tech, HCM, payroll systems, compliance workflows, and enterprise data flows a strong plus.
Experience with API monetization, platform business models, or partner-led growth is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own Strategic Integrations Product Strategy: Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for G-P’s packaged, white-label, and custom integrations across partner ecosystems, white-label distributions, and embedded product experiences to accelerate enterprise growth.
Drive End-to-End Product Delivery: Own the roadmap from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement across integrations and partner product capabilities.
Drive Partner Growth & Adoption: Partner closely with Partnerships, Revenue, and Marketing to increase partner activation, product uptake, partner-led growth, and successful scaling of strategic reseller, embedded, white-label, and integration relationships across existing and new partner growth.
Own Partner Product Success: Ensure partners can successfully sell, support, and scale GP-powered offerings by identifying and resolving friction across the lifecycle.
Lead Strategic Partner Product Relationships: Serve as the senior product counterpart for key HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller, and embedded partners, shaping joint roadmaps, aligning priorities, resolving product gaps, and ensuring mutual commitments translate into market outcomes.
Build Scalable Partner Capabilities: Translate recurring partner needs into reusable platform capabilities, APIs, workflows, configuration models, and product primitives rather than bespoke implementations.
Drive Commercial Outcomes: Connect product investments to measurable business outcomes including partner-sourced revenue, adoption, activation, attach, expansion, retention, implementation velocity, and time-to-value, partnering closely with the Revenue leadership.
Apply Modern Integration Techniques & iPaaS Platforms: Define the strategy and technical roadmap for enterprise integrations, driving maximum business value and agility through a mix of leading iPaaS platforms and robust API capabilities.
Leverage AI in Integration & White-Label Offerings: Harness G-P’s deep AIDLC and in-product AI capabilities to enhance integrations and white-label products, creating intelligent, automated workflows and differentiated experiences across partner ecosystems.
Cross-Product Orchestration: Coordinate partner requirements across EOR, Contractor, Platform and other shared capabilities to deliver a coherent end-to-end partner experience.
Partner Operating Model: Work with Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Support, and Customer Success to define scalable product and operational models for reseller, white-label, embedded, and integration-led distribution.
Market & Competitive Strategy: Monitor market trends, partner ecosystem evolution, competitive offerings, and emerging distribution models to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Executive Leadership & Representation: Serve as the strategic spokesperson for G-P’s integration solutions, delivering high-impact executive presentations and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders at partner companies, enterprise customers, and industry forums.
