Requirements

  • Commercial Leadership: Defines and executes commercial strategy across multiple entertainment segments, translating market opportunity into structured business plans, revenue growth, and margin expansion.
  • Industry Credibility & Market Presence: Recognized and trusted leader within the sports ecosystem, with the relationships and reputation to strengthen PRG’s positioning across key client and partner networks.
  • Operational Excellence: Effective in fast-paced, high-pressure production environments, able to balance real-time execution demands with long-term strategic priorities.
  • Enterprise Mindset: Ability to see beyond segment boundaries and connect PRG’s sports business with the company's full portfolio of capabilities, clients and global resource to unlock integrated opportunities.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Extensive travel required, must have a valid passport and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sports partnerships strategy and identifying, developing, and securing new national and international sales opportunities.
  • Focus on team activations, fan experiences and sports tours.
  • Drive revenue through contracting lighting, audio, and video services, labor support and custom scenic environments.
  • Cultivate long-term, multidisciplinary, high-level client partnerships with an emphasis on profitable scenic work.
  • Work closely with Sales & Estimation, Technical Design, and Project Management teams to develop concepts, budgets, and proposals.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new national and international sales opportunities, with a primary focus on the sports vertical.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, emphasizing repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Technical Design, Estimation, and Operations to align creative concepts with feasible, cost-effective scenic solutions.
  • Coordinate internal technical and service resources during early-stage project development.
  • Lead the RFP and presentation process from concept through award, including strategy, pricing, and value positioning.
  • Define project scope with clients, including scenic elements, budget, schedule, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and expand revenue opportunities within accounts, increasing scenic scope and project value.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Projects) per PRG standards.
  • Position scenic as a lead discipline in client conversations, not just a supporting scope.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events to build brand presence and generate leads.
