About The Position

Asset Beacon is looking for a Solution Architect to join our Delivery organization and lead high-complexity implementations for large enterprise clients. Operating within Beacon's pod-based delivery model, the Solution Architect is the design authority bridging technical architecture and CRE business strategy within Delivery: owning solution scope for each client engagement, translating client requirements into solutions grounded in real estate asset management practice, and directing the engineers and data analysts within each pod. The Solution Architect brings an AI-first approach to the role, defaulting to AI-powered tools and workflows wherever they can accelerate design, delivery, or client outcomes. This is a senior, client-facing technical role with direct exposure to client executive leadership across finance and asset management functions.

Requirements

7+ years in solution architecture, enterprise delivery, or implementation consulting, with a track record on large, high-complexity engagements.
Strong CRE business acumen required — a solid grasp of asset management, financial, and leasing workflows, not just technical exposure to the industry.
Hands-on experience with CRE systems such as Yardi, MRI, VTS, or similar.
Strong data engineering fundamentals: ETL/ELT, data modeling, API-based integrations.
Demonstrated ability to scope and prioritize work across cross-functional, distributed delivery teams.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-complexity delivery environment.
AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience using AI/LLM-based tools to accelerate solution design, prototyping, or delivery work.

Responsibilities

Own and define project scope for large, high-complexity CRE enterprise engagements, shaping solutions that fit each client's specific needs.
Prioritize and sequence engineering work across delivery pods, aligning data engineers, software engineers, and data analysts around client priorities.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact with senior client leadership, presenting solutions and building trusted, executive-level relationships.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success during discovery and scoping for enterprise accounts.
Translate financial, operational, and leasing requirements into detailed solutions, technical specifications, and data workflows.
Design integrations and data models with Product, Data, and Engineering, leveraging certified connectors (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Entrata, Argus, Chatham Financial, VTS).
Establish and maintain architecture standards and reusable solution patterns across pods for consistent delivery quality.
Champion an AI-first approach across the pod, identifying where AI and LLM-based tools can accelerate solution design, data mapping, and delivery, and embedding AI-driven capabilities into client solutions where they add value.
