The Finance & Global Supply Management Technology (FGT) organization partners with the chief product owners in Controllership, Corporate Planning, Global Treasury, Global Tax, and Global Supply Management to accelerate our Finance platform modernization journey, while delivering new business capabilities focused on finance data management, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics. We are seeking a Director, Software Engineering to play a pivotal role in advancing the Finance AI transformation agenda, while supporting Treasury platform modernization and ensuring continuity of 2052a regulatory delivery. As a senior technology leader, you will lead multiple engineering teams in a global mirror delivery model, drive modern engineering practices, and embed AI-enabled software development to significantly enhance productivity, quality, and speed of delivery. You will be a hands-on engineering leader with deep technical credibility, capable of operating at both architecture depth and enterprise scale, while shaping the future of engineering through AI-assisted development practices. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of AI, data, and platform engineering, shaping how AI is integrated into Finance and Treasury systems, while maintaining strong engineering discipline in a regulated environment.
