About The Position

Directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for the social services department. Responsible for resident assessments, care planning and helping residents and families adjust to their new surroundings. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. At least 7-10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited social work program with a masters
• Minimum of seven years of clinical management experience
• Licensed to practice as a social worker in the state of Arkansas as a LCSW
• At least 7-10 years of experience in the field.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
