About the Role As the Director, Site Performance & Solutions (Cardiology), you will report to the VP, Growth. You will be responsible for Iterative Health's central clinical services provided to cardiology research sites, including pre-screening, regulatory support, and eSource. Your primary goal is to oversee, enhance, and continuously improve these services to help sites achieve faster enrollment, better operational efficiency, and superior trial results.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or higher degree
  • 10+ years of clinical research experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with clinical research systems and tools, including CTMS and pre-screening workflows
  • Proven people management experience, with a track record of leading, developing, and holding accountable clinical research teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a director-level or senior management role within a site network, CRO, or health tech organization
  • Cardiology-specific clinical research experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single accountable owner for trial performance across IH's cardiology site network
  • Monitor site and network-level performance metrics continuously, identifying trends, gaps, and risks before they escalate
  • Deploy IH's central service offerings — regulatory support, pre-screening, research specialists, and e-source — strategically across the site network to address performance gaps and accelerate trial execution
  • Serve as the connective tissue between site-level performance trends and the central service teams, ensuring resources are allocated and activated where they will have the greatest impact
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the design, delivery, and effectiveness of IH's central service offerings, treating each as a product with measurable performance standards
  • Define service-level KPIs for each function and use performance data to surface improvement opportunities, close capability gaps, and raise the bar on quality
  • Develop scalable operating models, workflows, and best practices that can be deployed consistently across the network
  • Collect and synthesize site feedback to inform service improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Directly manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of clinical research specialists, e-source specialists, pre-screeners, and regulatory specialists
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for each function, provide ongoing coaching and development, and foster a high-performance team culture
  • Ensure each team is properly resourced, trained, and equipped to deliver their services at the standard required to drive strong site outcomes
