About The Position

This role owns the process over accounts payable and expense reporting, overseeing end-to-end operations and driving process automation. The Director will lead the centralization of business units' accounts payable and expense reporting processes onto the Ariba and Concur platforms, respectively. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate KPIs, ensuring proper and timely transaction processing through strong working relationships with LITC counterparts, and establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls. The Director will also maintain constructive relationships with external and internal auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 10 years of progressive finance or accounts payable experience
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and expense platforms like Concur
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to complete complex analyses
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Owns the process over accounts payable and expense reporting with a team of 3 direct reports and total team of approximately 20 individuals
• Oversee end to end accounts payable and expense reporting operations and drive process automation
• Lead the centralization of business units accounts payable processes onto the Ariba platform
• Lead the centralization of business units expense reporting processes onto the Concur platform
• Develop and maintain appropriate KPIs for accounts payable and expense report processing
• Maintain strong working relationships with LITC counterparts to ensure proper and timely processing of transactions
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls over key processes within accounts payable and expense reporting
• Maintain constructive relationship with external and internal auditors
