Job Summary Under general direction of the VP, Broadband Services, the Director of Operations, Broadband is responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of AFL's broadband service delivery across multiple regions. This role leads fiber network construction and enablement, broadband internet installation and activation, moves/adds/changes and service call operations, and field workforce delivery… ensuring high-quality, reliable, and safe service to carriers, CLECs, fiber network operators, and internet installation clients. The Director owns the profit and loss (P&L) performance of the broadband operations portfolio, drives operational excellence and continuous improvement, and builds scalable delivery models that support rapid market launches and growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in telecommunications field operations, multi-site leadership, financial management, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, field-heavy environment.
