Position Overview: Flagship Pioneering is seeking a highly skilled and strategic compensation leader to oversee the design, management, and execution of non-executive compensation programs across our ecosystem. This role sits within the Total Rewards team and is responsible for Flagship's internal operations as well as its Series A and B Portfolio Companies globally. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in broad-based compensation and market practices, combined with strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence. This is a pivotal leadership role with exposure to all facets of Total Rewards, including executive compensation, equity programs, and global compensation design. While the current focus is broad-based compensation, the right candidate will demonstrate the potential to grow into broader leadership within the Total Rewards function over time.
