The role also builds financial acumen across the BU leadership team and develops finance team members where applicable. The role is based onsite in Walnut Creek, California, with a hybrid schedule of four office days per week and flexible Fridays. The expected starting base salary range is $215,000–$240,000 per year. Kinder’s total rewards may include paid time off, 401(k), bonus or incentive eligibility, equity grants, competitive health benefits, and family-friendly benefits including parental leave; benefits vary by eligibility.
