About The Position

Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Oversees and lead all aspects of business development sales strategy including direct oversight of Sales leaders up to and including co-leading important sales calls, coaching and managing, and prioritizing account prospects Coordinates with Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Ops, Field Sales (HAEs), and other departments as necessary to execute cross-departmental strategies Able to quickly identify and build strategic relationships with key decision makers within customer organizations Develops strategies and implement plans to improve productivity of the sales team and generate profitable revenue growth Work effectively with team to ensure consistent execution of corporate strategy at the sales level and teamwork culture Leads the segment’s CRM use to actively track and measure the effectiveness of sales activities and outcomes - work with Sales leaders to help them understand how to use the reporting data to improve their performance Spearheads the development of medium-to-long sales plans for each Strategic Sales leader and hold them accountable for success Creates a collaborative, team-based environment that makes Caliber an attractive place for high-performing Hunters to work Champion development of effective sales materials, presentations, contracts and pricing strategies Keeps abreast of industry and market trend and best practices and proactively delivers innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction. Actively participate in the hiring, on-boarding, development and retention of sales personnel Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Executive level experience managing a diverse sales organization through the use of evidence-based, data-driven approaches to generate top-line growth Recognized by others as a strong communicator, collaborator, and negotiator Enjoys coaching and mentoring others through challenging sales situations and complex selling environments Experience in developing, monitoring and consistently achieving organizational sales targets and budget goals Experience selling relationship-based services High level of integrity and work ethic Must be self-motivated, and have the ability to work on own initiative, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Ability to work in a matrixed organization EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with some sort of Sales or Business focus Minimum of 10 years of sales and related experience, preferably with B2B or business services sales, ideally within the automotive services industry. 8+ years in an executive management position with general management experience (e.g., operations, finance, P&L ownership) and the ability to drive change (i.e., create the new and different, influence across company) CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, AND LANGUAGE SKILLS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
