Leads and directs a team responsible for Molina sales and retention activities. Oversees the strategic development and tactical delivery of member growth and retention initiatives. Leverages understanding of market trends and competitor intelligence, and collaborates with the community engagement and provider relations teams to develop appropriate proactive strategies and counter strategies to drive growth and market share. Ensures adherence to ethical sales practices, compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and other regulatory requirements.
