Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering, including 2+ years managing and directing a team.
  • Deep knowledge of IT Security technologies, including Web Proxy, SMTP, NGFW, SAML, ADFS, and SSL.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization (VDI/RDS), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), or application delivery technologies.
  • Proven ability to influence technical decision-makers and executives and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong customer relationship, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with DLP, CASB, SD-WAN technologies, and GenAI playbooks (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, agentic architectures) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Sales Engineering team to deliver technical excellence and revenue impact.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to design, create, and present business solutions that drive client revenue growth.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for the Sales Engineering team, implementing strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Oversee the technical validation process, including scoping, execution, and linking proofs-of-value to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global SE leadership to refine and scale core processes, including discovery, technical qualification, demos, and POVs.
  • Engage with key customers and partners, representing the organization as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product and strategy optimization.
