Oura is seeking a Sales Engineering Director to scale our commercial business across healthcare, wellness, and human performance accounts. You will be a foundational leader - operating as a high-impact strategic individual contributor with the long-term potential to build a team. Your mission is to drive revenue by personally leading technical discussions for complex accounts while architecting the resources and documentation that empower our broader sales team to navigate technical conversations independently. You will act as the connective thread between our Engineering, Product, and Merchant Experience teams - ensuring commercial solutions are technically viable, scalable, and aligned with Oura’s mission to deliver a seamless customer and member experience.
