The Director, Safety and Security is responsible for overseeing safety and security operations for the Dr. Phillips Center to ensure the safety and security of colleagues, guests, and property assets. The Director establishes, administers, and leads safety, security, and loss prevention programs for the center. Key areas of responsibility include protection of company assets; risk identification, evaluation and mitigation; safety and security training; and record-keeping and investigation of incidents, property damage and property loss. The Director manages the security & safety teams and is the primary liaison with city services (Police, Fire, EMT, Traffic control, etc.). The Director works in conjunction with Production, Programming and Events on artist/event security establishing a safe and welcoming experience for all colleagues, guests, and visitors to the center.
