Baptist Health is hiring a Directors' Assistant to join the Nursing Administrative Team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located in downtown Jacksonville. Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams
- Able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions
- High School Diploma (required)
Nice To Haves
- Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provides office support to Director.
- Duties include word processing, schedules, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and statistics.
- Performs other functions as assigned by the Director.
- Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
