About The Position

This is a tremendous opportunity to define the future of responsible AI in banking. This role will shape strategy and influence how AI is adopted- not just enforce policies. The Runtime Governance & Decision Lead is a strategic operations leadership role responsible for designing and operating the moment when governance decisions are made—where AI outputs are classified for risk, decisions are routed through the decision engine, and evidence is presented to reviewers in ways they can understand and act upon. You will ensure that when an output reaches the decision point, the system has sufficient information, authority is clear, workflows are intuitive, and evidence supports defensible decisions. Operating as the integrator of the governance system, you’ll partner with and inform the Governance Design team to implement decision protocols effectively, Control Evidence to ensure eval results are human-understandable and maintain the telemetry feedback loop that drives continuous improvement across governance policy and eval design.
