About The Position

SeekNow is building the Property Decisions Platform that powers faster, smarter property decisions. As we scale, we’re investing in the systems and processes that connect every part of our customer journey - from marketing to sales to success. We’re looking for a Director / Senior Manager of Revenue Systems & Operations to design, manage, and optimize the technology backbone that supports growth. This role will own our revenue and customer systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, HubSpot, Zendesk, and others), ensure seamless data flow across functions, and build the automation, insights, and infrastructure that make our revenue engine scalable. You’ll be both an architect and a builder , designing how systems connect, ensuring data integrity, creating dashboards and automations, and continuously improving how our teams go to market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Systems Management.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce (required), HubSpot, and Zendesk.
  • Deep knowledge of Power BI (or similar analytics tools)
  • Proven track record in integrating systems and automating workflows across multiple GTM functions.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills (Salesforce dashboards, BI tools, etc.).
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing AI or automation in sales/marketing workflows preferred.
  • Hands-on, scrappy builder with a strategic mindset - comfortable designing architecture and jumping into configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Systems Ownership & Architecture Own the administration and strategic design of all customer-facing systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and related tools.
  • Architect and maintain integrations across systems to ensure clean, accurate data flow between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success/Customer Support.
  • Design and implement automation workflows that connect customer engagement, lead handoff, sales opportunity management, and account tracking.
  • Build and maintain scalable data structures, validation rules, and user permissions across systems.
  • Process Design & Funnel Management Define and manage processes that ensure accounts, contacts, opportunities, and customers are tracked consistently through the full lifecycle.
  • Create and optimize workflows that support multiple sales verticals (Insurance, Real Estate, D2C, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales Operations Directors on account and territory mapping, pipeline management, and performance visibility.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting Maintain data hygiene across all CRMs and connected systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for executives, marketing, sales, and customer success leaders - ensuring a single source of truth for the revenue funnel.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems, ensuring alignment between teams.
  • Automation & AI Enablement Actively explore, test, and implement AI-driven automation across marketing, sales, and customer systems.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in lead routing, data enrichment, forecasting, and customer engagement flows.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success/Customer Support teams to align processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Build strong partnerships with IT, Finance, and Product for integrations, user management, and security compliance.
  • Manage and mentor Salesforce Admin(s), and eventually build a centralized Revenue Operations team supporting all go-to-market functions.
  • Roadmap & Continuous Improvement Maintain a clear roadmap for all customer-facing systems, including backlog, feature requests, and release planning.
  • Proactively identify system and process improvements to drive operational efficiency, reduce friction, and support scale.
  • Lead training and onboarding for system users to ensure high adoption and data quality.
