This position is responsible for supporting the optimization of the company's revenue performance through performance analysis, forecasting support, incentive evaluation, promotion effectiveness measurement, and growth initiative assessment. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Ambassador Experience, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Commissions teams to identify opportunities that improve recruiting, activation, retention, reactivation, rank advancement, customer growth, and overall revenue productivity. This leader serves as a key contributor in evaluating the effectiveness of growth initiatives, promotions, incentives, and business performance drivers, helping ensure organizational resources are aligned with strategic objectives and desired business outcomes.
