The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S. The Director of Revenue Growth & Pricing is a highly analytical and commercially focused leader who partners directly with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive same-store sales growth across FEG. This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and executing high-impact revenue initiatives, translating data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. Serving as a key connector across the commercial organization, the Director leads cross-functional efforts, influences senior stakeholders, and fosters a test-and-learn environment by piloting strategies, evaluating performance, and scaling successful initiatives across the portfolio.
