About The Position

Family Entertainment Group (FEG), is a recognized industry leader in designing, developing, and operating world-class family entertainment centers and amusement experiences. With a commitment to innovation and guest satisfaction, FEG partners with top brands and venues to create memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages. The Company provides turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks. Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S. The Director of Revenue Growth & Pricing is a highly analytical and commercially focused leader who partners directly with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive same-store sales growth across FEG. This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and executing high-impact revenue initiatives, translating data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. Serving as a key connector across the commercial organization, the Director leads cross-functional efforts, influences senior stakeholders, and fosters a test-and-learn environment by piloting strategies, evaluating performance, and scaling successful initiatives across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, operations, or growth roles within multi-unit, retail, hospitality, or location-based entertainment environments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth across pricing, product/packaging, promotions, and in-location monetization strategies
  • Experience managing both demand generation (traffic) and conversion/upsell (spend) levers to maximize revenue performance
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Marketing on demand generation and conversion initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of revenue drivers and unit economics
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into action—comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across functions
  • Experience operating in or building test-and-learn / experimentation environments strongly preferred
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to distill complex analyses into actionable, business-focused recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive initiatives that directly impact same store sales across FEG’s portfolio
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute revenue-driving opportunities across pricing, product mix, promotions, operational levers, and client strategies
  • Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to align attendance drivers with in-store spend, ensuring a coordinated, end-to-end approach to revenue growth
  • Translate insights into action by partnering with internal teams and clients to implement and scale solutions
  • Ensure initiatives move from insight to execution with clear, measurable impact on revenue
  • Build and institutionalize a test-and-learn approach to continuously identify and scale high-impact growth levers
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional commercial initiatives from concept through execution
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and pace across teams without direct authority
  • Partner with the CCO to operationalize strategic priorities
  • Remove blockers and ensure consistent forward momentum
  • Build and leverage financial and operational models to evaluate growth opportunities
  • Analyze store-level, client-level, and portfolio-level performance to identify drivers of same store sales
  • Generate insights that inform commercial decision-making and surface growth opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive execution and behavioral change
  • Own and evolve enterprise-wide revenue strategies across pricing, packaging, and promotional frameworks to maximize same-store sales and guest spend.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to optimize product structure, improve attach rates, and enhance overall revenue performance through data-driven insights.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and drive adoption of key initiatives by effectively influencing stakeholders and clearly articulating business impact.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure strategies are actionable, scalable, and aligned with guest behavior, demand patterns, and capacity constraints.
  • Define & Track KPIs tied to same store sales growth and initiative performance
  • Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights that inform priorities and decision-making
  • Provide regular, forward-looking performance updates to the CCO, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
  • Create visibility into business performance to drive accountability and faster, more informed decisions
  • Continuously refine how performance is measured and communicated to ensure focus on highest-impact levers
