The Revenue Cycle Operations team is a mission-critical function responsible for converting care delivered into cash collected. As a digital health company operating at speed and scale, we rely on a disciplined, relentless revenue cycle to fuel growth—and this role sits at the center of that engine. We are hiring a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and scale our collections and accounts receivable function. The Sr. Manager will own performance outcomes across the full billing and collections lifecycle, driving accountability, resolving complex payer issues, and ensuring AR is aggressively and accurately worked to resolution. The ideal candidate is a builder and a closer—someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership, and pushes past obstacles rather than waiting for direction. You will be expected to independently identify gaps, design solutions, and lead a high-performing team that executes with urgency and precision.
